Guides and tips are informational only. Event dates, prices, entry rules, and schedules change. Always confirm with official sources before booking. We’re not liable for losses arising from reliance on the Site.

4) Booking & agent services

When you request travel services, you authorize us to act as your agent with airlines, cruise lines, hotels, and tour operators. Supplier terms and conditions apply. We’re not responsible for supplier changes, cancellations, or force majeure events.

5) User behavior

No unlawful content, scraping, or attempts to disrupt the Site. We may remove comments or block users at our discretion.

6)Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site and content are provided “as is,” without warranties. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us for services in the 6 months before the claim.

7) Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, United States, with exclusive venues in Fulton County/Georgia Consumers in the EEA/UK retain mandatory local rights.
